worst company in the whole entire world. have used them plenty times (only because i had to return items and this was the company's chosen courier) and have had issues EVERY SINGLE TIME! (serious issues - like driver not turning up at all despite several promises and had to end up returning at own expense)
COMPANIES, TAKE NOTE: me and many others potential customers are avoiding your company altogether since you use Hermes as your courier. might be a good idea to reconsider!
