Hermes is very poor delivery company. I don't understand why Debenhams use them.
I rush home to wait for my parcel which says will be delivered between 5 -7 pm.
I was at home at 4:15. Someone one was home all day. When I check the tracking it says the courier couldn't get access. This is clearly not true. there is no problem with access. This is unacceptable. Is a disgrace to Hermes. Very Appauling service. Shameful service
