Hermes are the absolute worst . (my opinion).
Don't use them if you want a timely delivery .
Don't use them if you want your delivery never to get lost.
Don't use them if you want any kind of service.
They don't even deliver to your building when the sign says open as pushing open a door is far to much trouble .
The company hides behind the internet and are impossible to deal with directly.
