My house is admittedly a little difficult to find, set back 20 metres from there rest of the postcode, but it takes a little bit of looking. I was waiting in for the parcel as I had a message saying it was coming that day. I then got a message to say delivery had failed and they'd left a card; the hadn't, I was in all day they just didn't bother. I had to contact them through the seller and wait in the next day. This has happened before, everyone else can find my house, 1 star is too many, but unfortunately it's the least you can put and there's no "appalling service" button.
