Terrible company, the last 2 times they have delivered anything to me, they claim they try to deliver but no one was home when they didnt even bother to try delivery (got cctv so can check). They then say there was a problem and the parcels were only delivered once the companies I purchased from opened investigations on them. Both times the parcel which I paid for guaranteed 24hr delivery arrived one 2 weeks later and damaged. ( one water damage and other the parcel was completely ripped open) the drivers only had paper to record deliveries and not scanning devices like genuine companies. Terrible service and I will always ask companies not to use them for my deliveries from now on.
