My parcel 2202585731852048 was supposedly delivered nine days late on 27th Feb according to an email I received from them. My wife and I were at home all day and never say Hermes. You cannot query this as it is impossible to speak to a human being, only automated devices and robot cat service that can only answer limited questions. Who do you think you delivered it to and how do I get to see the name and signature? Will be very wary of buying anything from companies that use Hermes for deliveries.
