The courier for Glasgow east is without a doubt the laziest most irritable person I have never met. I hope you are reading this and know that you are appalling at your job. The company is a complete farce. I got through to a transport office on the telephone and they told me they had no customer service number to contact. The only reason companies use myhermes is because they are so cheap....cheap for a reason - they do not deliver parcels.
