Awful company. I paid for my package to be collected and sent to my customer on a Wednesday, but 3 days later no one had came still. When I rang up I was told someone had came but no one answered the door...my cctv proves no one has came at all then Hermes admitted the driver was new and actually hasn't came at all. Very bad service if you want parcels delivered on time id go else where. Awful company.
