This company is a joke. Terrible chat service and delivery service. The driver is a lier. On tracking number website shows correct details for successful delivery. My name and address are correct so what does the drive neet to deliver? I am getting parcels from ebay, amazon all the time with no problems. The driver put on tracking website info "your courier has had an issue with getting to the delivery address" TWICE!!! I was lucky to chat with real agent only once. I asked to change delivery time for afternoon. | provided my phone number so the courier could call me in case on any issues. The delivery time has been changed but the driver still couldn't bowered to find my address and put the same note what last time. He couldn't even bowered to call me. Next day was exact the same. I couldn't contact customer service , web chat only automatic with rubbish info. Phone line automatic with no real person. Customer service does not exists. The web chat terrible. Overall I can score this company as 1 for 10.
