Myhermes is the worst service - do NOT ever use! They steal your parcel and then claim its your fault. There’s no customer service, you’re not allowed to call anyone. Things arrive weeks late if they arrive at all. The last item I was sent was so called “delivered”, a picture was taken that looked like my house but wasn’t. Never to be found and now my own loss they claim. Ie they steal! They suck
