Made sure I was home only to be told courier had no access to address ?!? Impossible. No update on when parcel will be delivered now.
Another time parcel was just left in front of the door ( I didn’t give them permission to leave it in a “safe” space.
I would never use Hermes to send and from now on will check which company the retailer I want to order from is using. If it’s Hermes I won’t order
