Sent on the Monday, Friday morning tracking tells me that it had been delayed for 24 hours in Birmingham. Monday afternoon still delayed so phoned customer service and was told that I would get a email in 48 hours. When I got the email it told that it had been LOST and that because it was a TV ,I would have no claim against them for losing my property. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN
