Your parcel is at our local depot and on its way to you"
7 days later - not a sign that it has been passed to courier for delivery.
As the recipient
- tried emailing customer relations
- tried their automated phone system ( twice )
- tried their online chat bot.
zilch
absolutely appalling customer 'service'
This is NOT an isolated case in my experience. As a Seller I NEVER entrust my disptaches ( and my eBay reputation ) to this lot.
