I bought and paid for goods on 24th of February. Had email from Hermes on 27th saying they had my parcel. It is now the 8th of March and I have still not had delivery. Had apology for delay on 1st March saying parcel was on its way but still waiting for delivery. How can this firm call themselves delivery company when they just can't deliver. Customer service is non existent as there is no way of contacting them. I will never buy anything on line again if I know that the seller is using Hermes as their courier. They are without a doubt the worst I have ever dealt with. Why anyone still uses them I don't understand after reading so many bad reviews on them. The sooner they go out of business the better for all of us who have been let down so badly by their incompetence.
