Hermes? rubbish left my parcel in a so called safe place and sent me a pic to prove it. it was left on my drive way in full view of the road, when I got home it was gone they say they have proof of delivery I say they do not. their site says they will live with a neighbour, or try redelivery up to three times, they are liars.
can't even contact them as they hang up telling me its been delivery to my safe place and to contact the seller. I had to pay for delivery and have no redress with HERMES the SMARMES as im not their customer
