Failed to collect from my workplace which is open 24/7.
Did not come and reported "collection attempted".
Our logbook and CCTV prove that the courier was not on site yesterday.
If you fail to collect , please admit it is your fault , don't just say
"collection attempted" and suggest it is your customer fault.
