Was meant to receive my order yesterday and today still nothing today (2 days later)
I paid for next day delivery not 48 hrs.
I try and avoid Hermes if I can as I have never had a good experience with them.
The Hermes Drivers are just lazy slobs that don't want to work most of the time.
It really is the worst delivery service in the UK - Avoid if you can at all costs.
