Hermes are by far the worst and I wish companies would stop using them.
They constantly claim they visited your home and nobody was in ( we have security cameras and I'm always home due to being a mother to a child with disabilities)
And they never visited.
When they do visit they don't bother knocking on the door, instead they throw the parcel over your fence and post a card stating nobody was home which is lazy.
When you try to solve the issues there's no contact number
