Hermes customer service is appalling, I currently have 5 parcels which should have been collected 3 days ago, no contact or explanation from Hermes about why no collection.
Impossible to get through on the phone or via live chat.
This really is a disgraceful uncaring organisation.
My local courier is great but let down by the biggest Cowboy organisation in the country.
