Hermes delivery service is the worst. I ordered a birthday gift for someone and when I found out Hermes was going to deliver I was annoyed as I always have a problem with them. They apparently delivered my parcel to my home and someone signed for it but no one even came as I was home all day. I stil haven't got my parcel from that day.. also today I am waiting for a delivery first they said it was going to be delivered between 11-2, the 3-5 now 6-8 what is this? It's so bad honestly. They really need to be shut down it's so bad
