Absolutely useless - it is impossible to actually speak to anyone regarding a parcel I have ordered off Amazon. Hermes have said it is too big to deliver so is being passed to another courier but I have no idea when it is due to arrive so are they going to call when I am out and take the parcel back. I am getting so frustrated as can't seem to talk to a single person!
