Hermes tell lies!! This is the fourth time I have had a problem with them - I have only used them five times in total. The latest ruse is to update tracking saying the parcel has been picked up by their 'friendly courier'( Wednesday @14.04) and is awaiting scheduling. This is absolutely NOT the case. Two days on, the parcel is still awaiting pickup.
