Rude, arrogant and doesnt understand what ringing a doorbell is.
All they do is knock a door, wait half a second and go throw it at the back of the house. And leave a note to say i cant be bothered to be polite and speak to you.
When i opened the door he just got in mucky van rolled his window down and said "di you want me to wait 5mins"
