If I could give a negative star rating I would, sent an ebay item through pack link, a heavy 4k pasta machine,my hermes delivered to the wrong address (the photo of the doorstep was different to the delivery address / quite easy to check using google street view)it supposedly was posted through the letterbox, HAHA! I sent photos to prove the address was wrong ,and the buyer opened a claim via ebay,yet hermes wanted a signed letter from buyer to say it hadn’t arrived, (no address was given where to send letter)so now I am out if pocket, and my Hermes sitting pretty after making it too difficult to contact them, has anyone ever tried to report a driver for clearly not bothering to check they were at the right house,and leave it on an unsecure place, IMPOSSIBLE!!! Use at your own risk
