My high street retailer must ahve entered the worng postcode when I placed my order in the store. As a result, Myhermes doesn;t deliver my parcel, they dont contact me despite the fact that they have my phone number and email address. Nasty company, a nasty service, lousy communication, a nasty website that takes you through loops and loops until you're ready to pull your hair off and you can expect to drop dead before you can reach a human being on the other side of the phone or chat or whatever other channel you use. Dreadful!
