Three days I stayed in for a collection from an agent who lives in the same village!
Too large a parcel to fit in my saloon car but wirhin limits. For this reason it had to be collection.
Spoke to customer service three times and each time they tried to ring the useless ba***rd that lives in Selsey-no response. They emailed him and his manager supplying my number but neither could be bothered to respond.
Having explained the problem with size and my car the imbecile on 'live chat' suggested I take parcel to 'drop off' shop!
NEVER AGAIN!
