Absolutely diabolical, paid for next day delivery got a text to say it would be between 5pm and 7pm. Got a text at 7.30pm to say they were running late and it would be before 9pm. Sat and waited then got a text at 8.30pm to say no one was in.
Nobody even tried the door or to contact me to see where I was, even though I was in waiting.
Why companies even use this delivery service is beyond me, never had a good experience with them.
Plus if you need to contact them there is no way too. Just an online chat that doesn’t work properly
