Hermes are the worst. They offer terrible service. They treated a disabled client awfully and there is no way of contacting them. Their automated service wouldn't recognise the customer reference, so it's literally impossible to get a refund or cancel an order. I strongly advise you use any other courier service. This lot are either incompetent, thieves or both.
