I am 53 years old and have never wrote a review before but i simply cannot grasp how unprofessional Hermes are.... my parcel is now 3 day late... nobody picks up responsibility foe anything.. no real person to contact apart from a bot talk robot when you mange to get past that you get through yo a person who simply wants to get you off thw chat and will say anything to finish.... tomorrow is the 4th day and i hold no hope... in todays world of technology i cannot belive this is so poor.. lets keep fingers crossed somwthing happens tomorrow but i doubt it
