I agree with all the negative reviews below. Hermes are useless and yes they do lie just as many others have claimed. My experience- booked collection for delivery. Waited in for 2 full days with no attempt by Hermes to pickup, despite the online system saying on both days that a courier would collect. Raised an issue with the bot cos it’s impossible to speak to anyone and got a response saying please wait in again all day through to 8pm for pickup! I gave up and took it to the local ParcelShop despite having paid extra for collection. The Hermes online system still proceeds to lie about them attempting to pickup today after I dropped off at the ParcelShop - they did not! Useless shambles zero stars avoid avoid avoid
