I purchased a phone of eBay which was supposed to be delivered with myHermes tracking no (2604482757714210) I got an email saying it had been delivered at 13:25 and signed for by me.
This was not possible as I was Working at that time and not even at home. It is almost impossible to contact them and even the eBay seller who sold me the phone could not get any real contact with them. They just sent her an email basically accusing me of lying. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of these fraudsters.
