I am struggling to give one star. Hermes supposedly had difficulty delivering to my address ( which is hardly rocket science to find).
Trying to get help after using ‘Holly’ to confirm my address was worse than useless. Finding where my parcel is has become a nightmare and very stressful.
I will never recommend Hermes in future.
