Hermes has lost my packages in the past and continue to this day, I have begun warning senders off using them but a lot of EBay sellers continue to do so.
What's worse is the level of customer service, when they lose a package or miss a delivery they don't notify you they just ignore it and hope you don't notice. Only when the customer reaches out will they offer any sort of compensatino.
Avoid Hermes and use their competitors where possible.
