Apsolutley disgusting service. In all day no delivery. Recieved email stating item delivered with photo of item sticking out of letterbox. Photo shows a white door mine is brown. No reasonably priced phone number available and all 6 emails to hermes ignored. I will now be checking which courier is to be used before ordering anything online.
Delivery drivers are obviously theives so maybe hermes should start checking their credibility before hiring them
