No delivery 5 days after placing order, contacted retailer and was told Hermes have lost the parcel.
Tracked parcel on Hermes website status not updated from order stage even though I am told it has been despatched.
8 days now, still waiting for delivery.
Such a bad service, will not shop with any online retailer using this delivery company. They open phone lines at 9am but come 9am the line is unobtainable.
