Worst parcel service ever!
3 times you have given me a time and then 3 times you say the courier had an issue with my address. Total rubbish.
Yesterday I got a parcel from DPD and Yodel. Utterly ridiculous. Will make sure I never use you again and your online help is no help at all as end up going in circles. Totally frustrating and disappointing
