Appaling service. My first delivery was recorded by the driver as "delivered" but it was not. Trying to contact Hermes was extremely difficult and the only person you can make contact with is a "robot". I therefore contacted the supplier of the goods to advise that I hadn't received the parcel. They then arranged for yet another delivery of the product. Today, when the delivery was again scheduled, I was advised that the driver couldn't find my address despite giving them instructions and my mobile number.
I am now waiting for a 3rd attempt by Hermes. I can catergorically say that they are the worst carrier I have ever dealt with.
