Absolutely disgraceful, Hermes have delivered to my house on numerous occasions and have never failed to disappoint... came home to my parcel thrown onto the gate nowhere near my front door just thrown out of the van it had looked like, had a parcel come this morning from Hermes a pair of trainers the box was all damaged and was all battered and broken , unacceptable the worst currier of the uk. Have never had an issue with any other currier , they need to sort themselves out.
