Received a text yesterday saying that my parcel would be delivered between 5pm and 7pm. At 6:50pm I got another text saying it would be delivered between 7pm and 9pm. 4:15pm the next day and there’s still no sign of my parcel, no help from Hermes and no way to get anymore info on the whereabouts of my parcel
