Received an email at exactly 4pm, which is when they close, stating that they have attempted to deliver my parcel but I was not in to collect so they left. We are in quarantine. Nobody can leave so the fact that they have stated that I was not in, especially when I am of a high risk person, is just plain stupid. This is not the only time this has happened, this is the 6th time this has happened. Worst delivery services I have ever used. It was supposed to be next day delivery every time I have ordered a parcel and every time hermes has been used, it's never been on time. I attempted to ring them but of course they sent the email as soon as they closed.
