Received a parcel today and the box was slightly ripped. I opened it just to find out an item was missing. A soap.
I am pregnant and trying not to leave the house for the next few weeks as I am close to my due date, so really sad this has happened. I fully trust the company i ordered the products from and have not received any notification that the soap would not be sent. its a shame they have chosen Hermes to deliver it.
Will try to contact Hermes but from the other reviews here I'm not expecting much
