This company steal people's parcels. They stated my parcel was delivered today at 14:06pm, we are in quarantine and have been in the house all day, there was no knock on the door, and no slip to tell me if my parcel had been left in a safe place, with neighbor etc. The company have stolen my parcel! This isn't the first time either. Hermes.. worse delivery company either.
