I have never had a problem with deliveries in the past,that Is until Hermes came along..Every time I am expecting a parcel from them It is either lost or arrives after the date suggested by the ebay seller..I will be giving the seller negative feedback,maybe that Is the only way to stop ebay sellers using Hermes.
