24 hour tracked delivery took 10 days. My parcel wasnt picked up from the post office for 3 days then spent the rest at the sorting hub in Rugby. When it arrived the box had been trampled and crushed.
Not the first time this has happened. I bought a very expensive digital camera which was sent via hermes. Same again, 24 hr delivery which took 3 and a half weeks to arrive, and when it did arrive the parcel was destroyed.
Which was 2 and a half thousand pounds down the drain.
