I placed an order on 24 March for next day delivery. Received an email at from Amazon that my parcel was delivered on 02/04/20 @20:52. As I was at home, I checked outside and nothing was left or a calling card.
I then tracked the number at 8pm and it showed that the parcel was delivered at 21:51 2/4.
It also had that "due to the Coronvirus we are not taking signatures".
This is a big lie on Hermes part,cas they made no attempt in delivering. It took them 9 days and still failed to deliver the parcel.
I'm very disappointed as I can't even contact speak to you.
