A small parcel has been on the way for over 7 days. Continuous notification of a delay. The next message "We're sorry your parcel has been delayed, we'll have it on the move in the next 24 hours" has been going on for over 48 hours!!! And that's another one of those messages! Is this a joke? Are you serious?
