Hermes have now found a way of you not getting your parcel so be warned. After waiting for a parcel we noticed it had been delivered and signed for. Obviously it had not but no signature is required due to Covid19 they are not getting signatures. So a £200 Debenhams order stolen or thrown away as the driver couldn’t be bothered. Funny how like other courier services they don’t take photos of the delivery. Hermes #thief's
