If I could give Hermes zero I would, this is an appalling company, i sent a brand new boxed mobile phone to my son in London from Milton Keynes, collection Was by Hermes from my MK work address on 16 January 2020. The parcel got from Milton Keynes to Dunstable and then vanished? And you’re telling me it’s lost?? I think stolen to be honest? Hermes do nothing to check out the drivers or who took delivery of the parcel at the sorting office? Hermes do nothing to help you, they don’t give a damn about what you have lost and how much it has cost you. The customer service is disgraceful as is this company. Do not use this disgusting company. Use a professional company to send parcels not this shower of imbeciles from the drivers to the sorting office to the idiots at the top or people in offices, they do not care about you or delivering your parcel and take a casual attitude to your loss, they do not answer your emails constructively and ignore your questions. Use them at your peril!
