Hello. Is there any customers service from this comapny who can help? Is there somebody i can speak with? I ordered my first parcel with tracking number: 10504012654226 looks like your courier was not able to deliver my parcel. I did not found any card from your company but your webside return parcel back to seller. I do nt understand why as your comapny marked my parcel first as delayed and will be delivered in 48 hours and next day you marked as my parcel will be return back to seller as i ask you to do that. That is big lie. I was waiting for my parcel as it was anniversary gift for my husband. But even that i was not complaining and ordered gift/ parcel second time. Second time....parcel did not received yet. Tracking number: 6204384657386929 - your webside marked courier been on delivery address on Saturday. Friday, Saturday Monday - each day - 24 hours - two people at home. None heart even buzzer to ring on Saturday and today i check your webside at 6pm and your webside marked 6:51 pm - "Your courier has had an issue with getting to the delivery address" what... you know what was happened to courier in 1 hour in advance???? Is that a joke? I stick even for my hermes courier paper on the door, i clean a buzzer. And looks like today even your couier did not tried to delivery my parcel. Very interesting is. I received parcel from royail mail, Parcelforce and DPD too. No issue at all. Only your company can not delivery my parcel. Is there anybody who i can contact. Is there any customers service which i can contact and speak with? I trie chat, phone number- not successfully.
