Delivery driver just didn’t bother to show up. 30 mins before the end of my allocated delivery slot they updated saying the driver couldn’t find the address and needed more information. But I wasn’t contacted and only knew this due to me refreshing the tracking page. The address is correct and no other company has ever struggled to find the address.
And to make things more frustrating they gave me a delivery slot after there customer services desk was shut so I’m now unable to do anything about the failed delivery.
